Our Third Year Impact Report is now live! Our report looks at how Vanguard has performed over the first three years of our existence, from our launch in 2016 up to 2019. It describes the positive financial, mental and physical impacts of having a job at Vanguard.
The information contained in our report was obtained from data analysis provided by Aurora Elmes, a PhD student and Senior Research Assistant at the Centre for Social Impact at Swinburne University of Technology.
